What does the role offer?

As a quality technician with us, you will be responsible for ensuring and developing the quality of our processes and products. You will work closely with production and be involved in the entire quality chain from supplier to customer.

Your tasks will include:

• Planning, conducting, and following up on quality controls, measurements, and performing calibrations
• Analyzing and reporting quality deviations and customer complaints
• Participating in and leading improvement projects and deviation management
• Training and supporting staff in quality issues
• Maintaining and developing the quality system according to ISO 9001

Who are you?

To succeed as a quality technician with us, we see that you have a relevant education in quality, technology, or production, along with experience in quality work in a manufacturing environment. You have good knowledge of quality tools and methods and are well acquainted with the standards and norms that govern our work. We prefer that you have previous experience in calibration. Your language skills in both Swedish and English are excellent, and you are accustomed to working with Excel and other Office programs, as well as holding a B driver's license. As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and have strong analytical skills. To thrive, you should be self-driven, initiative-taking, and solution-oriented, while also having good communication skills and enjoying collaboration.
